Authenticity Guarantee
Authorized means something. Here's ours in writing.
The hi-fi hobby has a counterfeit problem and an even bigger gray-market problem — genuine units smuggled outside official channels, sold without valid warranty. TonePier exists on the other side of that line: we buy from brands and their official distributors, full stop.
What "authorized retailer" gets you
- A valid serial number. Registerable with the manufacturer, every time.
- Full manufacturer warranty. Gray-market units are routinely refused service. Ours never are.
- Current-revision stock. Brands ship authorized dealers the latest hardware revisions and firmware — not the leftovers.
- Recourse. If a brand issues a recall or a running change, we know, and we contact affected buyers.
Our authorizations
[UPLOAD: one image block per brand — authorization letter or dealer certificate, with issue date. Redact account numbers, keep the brand letterhead and dealer name visible. Add brands as agreements are signed.]
Verify it yourself
Don't take our word for it:
- Register your serial number on the brand's official site after delivery.
- Ask the brand whether "TonePier" is an authorized dealer — brands answer these emails, it's what the channel system is for.
- Compare our dealer listing on the brand's official retailer page where published.
The guarantee
If any product bought from TonePier turns out to be non-genuine, we refund 200% of the purchase price and you keep the evidence for the brand's enforcement team. We can offer that because it will not happen.
