Every order ships tracked. Where it ships from depends on the SKU — we tell you on the product page before you order, not in a surprise email after.

Two ways your order ships
From our US warehouse. In-stock, fast-moving SKUs ship from the US. Handling within 1–2 business days, delivery typically 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
Direct from our Shenzhen hub. The deeper catalog — less common configurations, fresh releases, low-volume SKUs — ships direct from China. Typical door-to-door time is 8–15 days with end-to-end tracking. It's the honest trade-off that lets us carry 120+ SKUs without marking everything up to boutique prices.
Each product page states its ship-from location and time estimate next to the price.
Duties and import fees
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Import processing on direct-ship orders is handled on our side — you will not get a bill from the carrier. Tracking
You get a tracking number within 24 hours of the parcel leaving the warehouse. On direct-ship orders the first scans are origin-side; US carrier events appear once the parcel lands stateside. If tracking goes quiet for more than 5 days, write to us — we chase the carrier so you don't have to.
Mixed orders
If your cart mixes US-warehouse and direct-ship items, we split the shipment at no extra cost. The in-stock item doesn't wait.
Address changes & problems
- Wrong address? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it if the parcel hasn't left.
- Parcels marked delivered but missing: we open a carrier claim and keep you posted. We don't leave you to fight the courier alone.
- We ship to PO boxes via USPS-eligible services only.
