Review Program

We send gear to people who tell the truth about it.

TonePier is an authorized retailer of Chinese hi-fi — 470+ IEMs, DACs, amps and players. The fastest way for anyone to know whether our gear is worth their money is an honest, independent review. So we run a standing program: apply below, and if there's a fit we'll ship you a demo unit, free.

Who can apply

  • YouTube channels of any size — we care whether you actually listen, not your subscriber count
  • Writers on Head-Fi, Reddit (r/headphones, r/iems), personal blogs or review sites
  • Squig/measurement folks: if you publish frequency response databases, we want you equipped

The deal, plainly

  • Your opinions are yours. We never see a review before it goes up, we never ask for changes, and we don't pull out of the program because you didn't like something. A negative review with reasons is more useful to us than a polite one without.
  • Disclose it. Say the unit came from TonePier free of charge. That's FTC rules and basic respect for your audience.
  • You keep the unit in most cases. For higher-value gear we run review tours — one unit travels through several reviewers, each keeps it 2–3 weeks.
  • No pay-for-praise, ever. We don't pay for reviews, positive or otherwise. Free gear and honest words is the whole arrangement.

How to apply

Email ops@tonepier.com with subject "Review Program" and include:

  • Links to your channel / profile / site
  • What you'd like to review (browse the catalogue — or tell us your lane: IEMs, dongles, desktop, players)
  • Your shipping country

We read everything and reply within a week. If it's not a fit right now, we'll say so straight rather than ghost you.

For your readers

Everything we sell is authorized stock: free US shipping over $49, 45-day returns, 1-year warranty. If your audience buys through your review and something goes wrong, we fix it — that's the retailer's job, and it reflects on you too.
