Douk Audio C100 PRO: a preamp streamer built around the ES9038 DAC chip, with Bluetooth for wireless sources. It converts and controls digital audio ahead of a power amp or active speakers, so it suits listeners whose amp and speakers are solid but whose DAC/preamp stage is dated.
Who the Douk Audio C100 PRO is for
Source-end upgraders: If your amp and speakers are solid but the DAC/preamp stage is dated, this modernizes the front of the chain.
Power amp owners: Gives a standalone power amp a DAC and preamp front end in one chassis.
Active speaker setups: Converts and controls digital audio before it reaches a pair of active speakers.
Phone listeners: Bluetooth makes streaming from a phone an easy everyday option.

Douk Audio C100 PRO vs similar options
vs HIFIMAN Serenade Jr: An all-in-one streaming DAC/amp with Bluetooth, amplifier included in the same chassis; the C100 PRO fits better if you already own a power amp or active speakers.
vs HIFIMAN EF499: A desktop DAC with a built-in headphone amplifier and streaming support in one box; pick it for a headphone desk, or the C100 PRO to feed a power amp or active speakers.
