FAQ
Is this the regular K11 or the K11 R2R?
This is the regular FiiO K11 with the Cirrus Logic CS43198 DAC and 1,400mW balanced output. The K11 R2R is a separate, pricier model with a resistor-ladder DAC and 1,300mW output. For most desks the regular K11 is the better value.
Can it drive planar headphones like the HE400se?
Yes. 1,400mW per channel at 32 ohms from the 4.4mm balanced output is more than enough for the HIFIMAN HE400se and most planars. Use the balanced output and high gain for demanding headphones; sensitive IEMs are better served on low gain from the 6.35mm jack.
Does it work with PS5, Switch and Mac without drivers?
Yes. The K11 is driver-free over USB-C on Windows 10+, macOS, PS5 and Switch — plug in and select it as the audio output. Optical and coaxial inputs also let it serve a TV or console setup, and the RCA line out feeds powered speakers.
Yes. TonePier is an authorized retailer — every unit comes from the brand or its official distributor, carries a valid serial number and is covered by the full manufacturer warranty.
How long does shipping take?
SKUs stocked in our US warehouse ship within 1–2 business days. Items shipped direct from our China hub typically arrive in 8–15 days with full tracking. The product page tells you which applies before you order.
What if it isn't for me?
You get 45 days to decide. Keep the packaging, keep it in like-new condition, and send it back for a refund. Ear tips unsealed for hygiene reasons are fine — we expect you to actually listen.
