The K9 Skylight is the Skylight edition of FiiO's K9 desktop DAC and headphone amplifier: dual ES9068AS converters, THX AAA 788+ amplification, LDAC over Bluetooth, and DSD512 support. THX AAA is a feedforward error-correction topology — the reason these amps measure as cleanly as they do.

As a one-box desk solution it covers every input path you're likely to use: USB from the computer, LDAC from a phone when you don't want to plug in, and enough amplification to take on full-size headphones that a dongle would leave sounding thin. Buy it if you want a desktop stack without actually stacking anything, and want the option of DSD playback without a second device.
